Character Name: Klaus Hargreeves

Canon: The Umbrella Academy

Character Age: 29 but mentally 36

CRAU Explanation: Klaus was in a pocket dimension on a ship where murder was common and the points death didn't count. They were there for almost an entire year. During that time, Klaus made a lot of friends and almost certainly drank too much. Meeting Nobunaga and developing feelings happened mostly by accident. He's gotten to a point where he's on his sobriety journey. It's been about five months. In that time, he's also been trying to work on his self-worth and feelings of inadequacy, but that's a little harder.

Character Appearance: Klaus stands at 6'0" and is fairly skinny. He has a light muscle tone. He carries himself with a mostly faked confidence, leaning into the idea of who people should see him. He tends towards either all black outfits or bold, bright colors and isn't really afraid to wear anything. They don't see clothes as gendered, so all clothes are clothes he can wear unless they're ugly and he doesn't like them.
Powers and Abilities:

Canon powers:

Ghosts - In effect, he can see ghosts, control ghosts, summon ghosts, and banish ghosts. He's not as proficient in the banishing, but it's fiiiine.
Dying- By which I mean...not dying. He can die and come back to life in a short span of time. His body regenerates to full health each time. He's died quite a lot of times by now. He does not have either of these powers at his current canonpoint, he probably wouldn't entirely mind if they came back.

ComeSailAway:

Telekinesis: Per the comic, they have advanced telekinesis, able to lift at least 40,000 tons.
Levitation: They can levitate? The weird caveat for both these powers is they are better without wearing shoes.

Character Questions:
1. Who is the person your character is most bonded with from their canon? Or who is someone they miss the most? Over the series, Klaus has found ways to bond with just about all his siblings. Ben is the one that they're the most bonded with of the group, though. The Ben that they grew up with, not Sparrow!Ben. Even after his death, Ben stuck around with Klaus, sitting through every bad decision and situation Klaus lived through. He celebrated in Klaus' success and got annoyed with his constant addictions.

2. What are they most afraid of? Being the disappointment their father says they are. That one is the one that keeps coming back to haunt them. It keeps them trying to find ways to be relevant or useful to people.

3. What is their weakness? Emotionally, mentally and physically? Klaus has quite a few weaknesses. He's not as physically quick and fit as the others. Sure, he can run better than most of them, but he can't physically fight people as well as them. All the addictions and generalize childhood trauma has made him a little less capable of dealing with his emotions in general. Emotions, the dark mental space that is his thought process. It's why the addictions happened in the first place, why they kept happening. Also the ghosts, but that's not important.

4. What would make them happiest? Right now? Seeing his siblings, being able to introduce them to Nobunaga and kind of all the suprised!Pikachu faces they would inevitably make. In general? Finding a way to be content and feel good about their place in the world.

5. What’s their type for a lover? It's a little all over the place, but someone who is kind is very important to an actual relationship. If it's just sex, he's all over the place. Only with a fiance/husband in the mix, there's no just sex in this adventure.
