In order for Venti to avoid reincarnation, her best friends were approached by Earthmates to become guardians. Venti was really mad about that though since once day her best friends just seemingly disappeared. She thought if I forgot about her I wouldn't "sacrifice myself," again. Gods can be silly like that.
